I bought the game when it first came out for PS4 just to re play through it on Co op with my brother and the same exact thing happened over and over. It doesn't seem like it's ever going to get fixed, I haven't touched the game since that first few days of buying it and trying to get past that point over and over. They're not terribly substantial DLCs, you could get away with watching their cutscenes online. Case Zero is more of a demo/prologue for 2, Case West is maybe a couple more hours of DR2's story. Fyi. The Triple Pack on PS4 and One are Dead Rising 1 Remastered, Dead Rising 2 Remastered, and Dead Rising 2:Off the Record Remastered.
